Renting DVD movies and buying books can add up. If you’re on a budget, you might want to get a library card. It will allow you to check out DVD movies, music CD’s and books. Forrest Lewis with the North Las Vegas Library says over the past three months, their circulation of books and movies has increased by more than 24,000 from the same time last year.
